Comprehensive Event Management

THE PROJECT

We have an active corporate partnership with Alaska Airlines, delivering in a wide array of events. From registration builds to venue and hotel sourcing to comprehensive event planning for gatherings of all sizes, SHW takes on every aspect of event organization, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish. Noteworthy among our endeavors are the management of annual events like Care Beyond, which celebrates outstanding service; transforming the Alaska Airlines hangar at SeaTac Airport for their Family Holiday Party, featuring Santa’s arrival by airplane; and coordinating Milestones, an event honoring service anniversaries from 5 to 50 years.

THE APPROACH

We sat down with the Alaska Planning Team to perform a full analysis of their suppliers and event goals. We assessed how they were spending and proposed recommendations for significant savings and better utilization of their budgets. Immediately, as a local partner, we saved them over $40,000 from their previous out-of-state vendor. SHW is uniquely nimble, available, and resourceful both in the Pacific Northwest and beyond. We leveraged our diverse network of suppliers that not only saved them money, but also offered an entire new and upgraded suite of options, thus taking their events to the desired next level.
