THE PROJECT

Since 2019, SHW has supported ExtraHop’s Annual Sales Kick Off (SKO) event with registration and site sourcing support. In 2023, we were engaged to project manage and support all aspects of pre-planning, production, and onsite logistics for their January 2024 SKO event at The Westin Galleria Dallas.

THE APPROACH

After participating in the RFP process, we expanded our role for ExtraHop’s 2024 program. Through a series of discovery meetings, we gained valuable insight into ExtraHop’s goals and priorities. Our challenge for the 2024 SKO was to create moments that would surprise and delight attendees as well as a new leadership team with high expectations for the event. With a new brand and messaging being unveiled, the leadership team aimed to earn the trust of the sales teams and foster meaningful connections. The result was a high-quality SKO event that delivered an impactful attendee experience.

THE IMPACT

SHW’s Production team took charge of all general sessions and speakers, while we sourced and managed engaging activities and unforgettable entertainment for the evening events. We crafted a balanced approach to décor and venue branding that showcased the new brand without an extravagant feel. Additionally, we expanded video services to include a sizzle reel, general session highlights, and an HR video—all within budget. By negotiating supplier savings and carefully managing expenditures, we were able to achieve ExtraHop’s budget goals.
