THE PROJECT

The Washington State Dental Association (WSDA) is the voice of dentistry in Washington. With over 4,500 member dentists, WSDA is dedicated to empowering members to advocate for and provide the highest quality of oral health care. Every year, WSDA hosts an annual conference, the Pacific Northwest Dental Conference (PNDC), to provide in-person continuing education and foster community in the dental profession.

THE APPROACH

Our team approaches the event with a strategic mindset, collaborating at an executive level with the WSDA Planning Board to ensure flawless execution in every aspect. From event logistics to sponsorship and exhibitor sales, we manage all facets of the event with precision and care. Recognizing the importance of delivering an exceptional experience for both attendees and exhibitors, we work tirelessly to cover every detail. 

THE IMPACT

SHW’s dedication and meticulous project management have consistently made the Pacific Northwest Dental Conference a successful, memorable event year after year. In 2025, PNDC was attended by over 3,400 dental professionals and dental industry vendors in Seattle and included 3 full days of content, 52 speakers, 165 exhibitors, and 16 sponsors.
