THE PROJECT

Lighthouse, a leading provider of technology-enabled eDiscovery, compliance, and information governance services, tasked SHW to deliver a memorable closing event for approximately 600 guests as part of their One Summit employee gathering. On the initial call, our clients mentioned “Be Amazing” as a potential theme for the conference. Having experience with the high-energy and amazement that comes with cirque performances, SHW proposed an evening of cabaret, integrating spectacle performers, live musicians, and an engaging emcee to captivate attendees that continued the summit’s “Amazing” theme.

THE APPROACH

Inspired by Seattle’s Teatro ZinZanni dinner theater experience, SHW brought the “Amazing Cabaret” theme to life with meticulous attention to detail and dynamic, engaging elements. The Sheraton Grand ballroom was transformed with rich gold, red, and black décor featuring wall washes, patterned gobos, and dramatic red feathers, creating an elegant and theatrical atmosphere. From the moment employees arrived, they were transported to an elegant cabaret lounge vibe that set the tone for the show to come.

Guests were welcomed by stilt walkers in the lobby, enhancing the festive ambiance. An engaging emcee guided the programming, introducing dynamic acts and weaving the “Amazing” theme into each moment. The entertainment lineup featured a dazzling cyr wheel artist, a gravity-defying rope act, a bicycle acrobat, a breathtaking hand-balancing archer, and captivating cabaret performances by songstress Tiffany Wilson. Interactive photobooths and an audience participation act offered fun engagement opportunities, while a sumptuous dinner buffet paired perfectly with the evening’s festivities. The event concluded with a lively DJ set on the dance floor, inviting attendees to continue the celebration long into the night.

THE IMPACT

Lighthouse’s “Amazing Cabaret” successfully created an unforgettable experience for their One Summit week, leaving employees with a strong sense of camaraderie and appreciation for the company’s vibrant culture. By incorporating the Teatro ZinZanni-inspired theatricality and immersive engagement throughout the event, SHW created an atmosphere that was both sophisticated and unforgettable, resulting in glowing feedback from attendees.
