New York Life Insurance Company recognizes the success of their sales representatives with annual incentive and educational meetings hosted all over the nation. When they came to Seattle, nearly 4,600 guests descended on the city. NYL needed a partner who could develop meaningful experiences not only for the honored employees, but also their families, including children.
This big event required seamless coordination among clients, partners, the convention center, five hotels, and myriad vendors. For each night, we conceived unique experiences to engage and entertain: over-the-top opening and closing receptions; intimate dining experiences for smaller groups at dozens of acclaimed restaurants; a gala dinner at an iconic venue; and engaging kids’ activities, both during the day and at night.
Despite the extravagant nature of the events we planned, SHW was able to rely on our deep relationships and contract negotiation finesse to save NYL money, and stay on budget.
