Seattle is on the original and largest locally run TEDx conferences, with a strong local following. The TEDxSeattle team of volunteers sought to expand their audience while keeping with their non-profit budget.
SHW proudly took on the project, providing expertise in several areas. In addition to overseeing registration and onsite logistics, we developed sponsorship packages to buoy the budget, and managed the creative direction of video content.
The reach of the 2019 conference was tremendous! The 12 talks performed live in front of 3,000 people at McCaw Hall was live-streamed to more than 15,000 viewers, via Vimeo. The packaged content was released post-event via TED.com for further exposure.
